extraordinary weekend

Dear Karine, dear Joss, dear Chris,

Already 3 weeks have passed and we keep replaying the film of this extraordinary weekend spent at the Château de Lerse.
We don't know where to begin to describe the perfection of this moment spent with you. We would already like to be able to start all over again and relive each of these magical moments.
We were more than well received by the three of you and the whole team. You all took great care throughout the weekend to satisfy all our needs and desires.
We didn't have to worry about anything, the team is so professional that everything is handled before we have to ask.
We feel such a caring and healthy atmosphere within the team, it’s very pleasant to see. Each person was always smiling, positive and ready to respond to all our requests.
All weekend, we were treated to cuisine in your image Joss, delicious, generous, gourmet, original and authentic, all our guests loved it and so did we.
A more than festive bar with cocktails and shooters for all tastes. Your spirit of sharing, conviviality and welcome gave this moment even more depth and value for us. You allowed us to achieve the wedding weekend of our dreams and beyond. Leaving you Monday morning was so difficult even though we know that “this is only the beginning” as you always say Joss!
So from the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for this exceptional and unforgettable weekend, for each of the moments shared with you (the organizational drinks at the pool and in the dining room, the late evenings in the speakeasy, the pork confit in the kitchen on Sunday evening and all other precious moments) We will never forget your kindness, your love of life and your generosity, all 3 of you are exceptional people who will remain dear to our hearts.
We kiss you all three, we can't wait to come back to say hello and share a drink!
