Extraordinary weekend

Dear Karine, Joss, and Chris,

It's already been three weeks, and we still can't stop replaying the movie of that extraordinary weekend at Château de Lerse. We don't even know where to begin to describe the perfection of the time we spent with you. We already wish we could do it all over again and relive each of those magical moments.
We were more than well received by the three of you and the entire team. You all took such great care of us throughout the weekend, meeting all our needs and desires. We didn't have to worry about a thing; the team is so professional that everything was handled before we even had to ask. There is such a warm and healthy atmosphere within the team, which is a joy to witness. Every person was always smiling, positive, and ready to fulfill all our requests.
All weekend long, we enjoyed cuisine that truly reflects you, Joss—delicious, generous, indulgent, original, and authentic. All our guests loved it, and so did we. The bar was more than festive, with cocktails and shots for every taste.
Your spirit of sharing, conviviality, and hospitality added even more depth and value to this moment for us. You helped us realize the wedding weekend of our dreams and even surpassed it. Saying goodbye on Monday morning was so difficult, even though we know that "this is just the beginning," as you always say, Joss!
So, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you for this exceptional and unforgettable weekend, for each of the moments we shared with you (the organizing drinks by the pool and in the dining room, the late nights in the speakeasy, the slow-cooked pork in the kitchen on Sunday night, and all the other precious moments).
We will never forget your kindness, love of life, and generosity. The three of you are exceptional people who will always hold a special place in our hearts.
