These few words will not be enough to describe the quality and the exceptional work of Joss and Karine.
But I will still try to tell you about their work.

I had given carte blanche for this day so important to us, everything was absolutely perfect, so much the workshops prepared with a lot of choice and care.
The dish perfectly cooks the meat and this very special and daring way of cooking vegetables which is your signature, of which I am a fan.
The choice and the cheese buffet was just perfect. All this accompanied by an irreproachable service with exceptional servers, a great kindness towards all the guests.
We, as well as all our guests, were delighted with this quality of service.

You do your job with passion and it can be seen and felt at all levels.
