We decided to call on Joss and his team for cocktail workshops and our wedding dinner, and Joss was available quickly to discuss our expectations and wishes as a first step.
Great cocktail workshops and a menu, very original proposals, very creative taste associations, and great presentations. On the day the whole team was very professional for the installation of the bar, service and table dressing. Thanks to the whole team we were able to receive our guests serenely. I can only recommend Joss!
